Staff Nurse – Medical Surgical ward

Responsibilities

  • Do the admission of the patient as per protocol. Give proper orientation including facilities in the room, doctor’s visit, visiting time, medication time, diet etc.
  • Take over the assigned patient with file ensuring that the orders are carried out, documentation is complete, patient and the unit is neat and clean.
  • Administer medication on time by paying attention to all 5 rights of drug administration.
  • Accompany the doctor for rounds and carry out the orders properly without delay.
  • Perform the routine nursing care as per protocol.
  • Visit the patient frequently to ensure that the patient is comfortable.
  • Strictly adhere to the infection control policy like hand washing, use of gloves, barrier nursing and sterile technique as required.
  • Follow proper disposal of wastes as per policy.
  • Prepare and assist the doctor for bed side procedure.
  • Communicate effectively with health care team and other support services.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing or Diploma from a reputed nursing college.
  • A minimum experience of 1-2 years in Medical/surgical ward
  • Basic computer literacy and good knowledge of a Hospital Information System
  • Mandatory registration with Delhi Nursing Council

Facility Safety Officer

Responsibilities

  • To take daily safety rounds of the building and to log the weak and safety prone areas of the building and close the gaps appropriately.

  • To find out any additional safety measures required to enhancement of safety in the building as per the latest Standards.

  • Smooth functioning of engineering department.

  • To keep firefighting equipment Functional.

  • To train all staff on firefighting, Electrical  and other safety measures as and when required.

  • To conduct mock drills as per Institute protocols.

  • Ensure compliance with norms issued by Govt. agencies concerned with pollution, noise monitoring and other licenses.

  • Ensure adherence to NABH norms and standards related to maintenance department and Fire Safety.

  • Ensure compliance to hospital infection control committee instructions in controlling infection.

  • To plan and implement patient and facility safety best practices in general and also with respect to disaster management perspective.

Essential Education & Experience

  • B.Tech – Electrical Engineering or Equivalent.

  • Fire Safety Certification.

  • 5-7 years of experience in Hospital Engineering / Fire Safety Services.

  • Willingness to follow legal rules and guidelines and firefighting standards at all times.

  • Good interpersonal skills

  •  Dedicated and compassionate

  • A practical mind and problem-solving ability.

  • Computer literacy

  • Very good communication skills.

Executive – IPD (Patient Services)

Responsibilities

  1. Informing patients regarding the hospital’s billing policy
  2. Providing estimates to the patients
  3. Generating Admission Sheet and Face sheet of patients
  4. Collecting cash, settling final bills of cash / corporate clients
  5. Carrying out courteous discharge process

Essential Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years’ work experience in Billing  
  • Detailed knowledge of IPD billing process and HIS. 
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Willing to work in shift duties.

Attending Consultant - Paediatrics

Responsibilities

  • The Attending Consultant will provide consultation to OPD patients and clinical care to IPD and NICU patients of the Institute.
  • Attend all normal deliveries and caesarean sections, conduct presentations at seminars/CMEs etc.
  • Initiate the development of new clinical programs.

Essential Education & Experience

  • MD/ DNB in Paediatrics with three years Senior Residency from Delhi Teaching Medical College is required.
  • Interests in audit, research, or educational activities are preferred.
  • Experience in clinical research and exposure to development of new clinical programs a plus.

Sr. Executive-CRO

Responsibilities

    • To answer phone calls and explain about health services offered by SBISR.
    • Responsible for promotion of entire range of health care services in the assigned customer segment and territory (especially selected group of organization).
    • Implement the pricing strategy of the Institute for all services (prepare standardized/customized proposals as required).
    • Identify new customers in the allocated market segments/territory and develop business in these segments.
    • Monitor competitor activity and market intelligence; collect rate lists of other hospitals; identify pricing patterns for different healthcare services offered by industry peers.
    • Monitor customer performance, determine variance and analyze/resolve reasons for high variation from target/budget.

Essential Education & Experience

  • Graduated in any stream
  • Good command in both English and Hindi language
  • Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
  • Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
  • Good time management abilities.
  • 3-4 years of relevant work experience

Staff Nurse - Operation Theatre

Responsibilities

  • To assist the surgeon in the operation theatre and hand over instruments, suture materials, etc.
  • To provide assistance to the scrub nurse whenever required and deliver instruments and suture materials from outside the operation table.
  • To count instruments, gauze pieces, swabs, etc. before and after the operation.
  • To assist the Central Sterilization Department, wash instruments, transfer the instruments to CSD and provide help in the sterilization process.

Qualifications and Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing or Diploma from a reputed nursing college.
  • Experience of 1-2 years in Operation Theatre (Ortho, Ob Gyn & General Surgery).
  • Basic life support certification mandatory.
  • Basic computer literacy and good knowledge of a Hospital Information System
  • Mandatory registration with Delhi Nursing Council.

Desktop Support Engineer - Information Technology.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot technology issues.
  • Install and maintain equipment and software.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting.
  • Help new employees set up their workstations.
  • Maintain and upgrade equipment as needed.

Qualifications and Experience :

BE/ BTech/ – Computer Science/ Electrical Engineering

                                      or 

Diploma in Hardware and Networking with 1.5 years’ experience.

Diabetes Educator

Responsibilities

  • Impart diabetes counseling education for all patients education for all patients who come for consultation in the Diabetes Clinic OPD.
  • Participate in community outreach programs conducted by the diabetes centre.
  • Nutrition counseling.
  • Indoor Patient counseling including Continuous Glucose Monitoring System.

Qualifications and Experience :

  • Masters in Food and Nutrition
  • Diploma in Diabetes Education
  • 2-3 year’s work experience  as a Diabetes Educator in an accredited Institution
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Excellent Communication skills
